At Planks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't hitting the mark, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
